At Wide Fit Shoes, we want to ensure your comfort; if your footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or a different size.

• 2.
  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded packaging and secure them inside a sturdy mailing box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the shoes, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.
